The Rico Reserve mouthpiece is milled- not molded- from hard rubber to achieve a higher level of consistency. It was designed by a team of elite players, craftsmen and engineers for ultimate performance and response. The aim is to foster proper playing habits and technique in students. The Rico Reserve X0 clarinet mouthpiece has a 1.00mm tip opening, and the X5 mouthpiece has a 1.05mm tip opening.
